People find that coming into our shop, roots & wings Homeopathy, on the main street in Cabinteely, Dublin 18, is a healing experience and we are hoping that our website will have some of the same feel.

Our shop is a place where you will find a compassionate ear, a place where you can get real information on which supplement, essential oil, flower essence or homeopathic remedy will best suit you and your individual needs. A place where qualified homeopaths with many years of experience are happy to listen. A place of connection and healing.

This is the soft launch of our new website where, ultimately you will be able to look up your aliment and benefit from our years of experience as to which supplement, essence or homeopathic remedy is going to help you the most effectively. For a start we have put together the stress and sleep section.

There can be many reasons for sleeplessness or difficulty in handling stress and understanding the cause will help direct you to a solution. Physically you may be disrupted by a depletion or lack of an essential nutrient which is hindering the smooth functioning of your nervous system.
