This essence can be used in all sorts of situations.

• Bedtime – if the child is scared but doesn’t know why
This essence is also useful for adults who are feeling a lot of fear, for instance about career, money or even general global chaos.
If a parent has lost a job and is really worried about what the future holds, you’ll sometimes find that the children stop sleeping because they’re picking up on parents’ worries.
